  • Assist individuals in accessing community health and social services
  • Refer individuals to appropriate resources and advocate for necessary services
  • Collaborate with a larger team to ensure individuals receive quality services
  • Document services rendered in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two years in recovery from substance use dependence
  • Certified Recovery Mentor (CRM) certification through the Mental Health and Addictions Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO)
Working Conditions:

This is a safety-sensitive/special needs position. The incumbent will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
