Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Professional Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our operations and education team, you will provide consultative knowledge and insight to our customers by performing operational assessments in sterile processing, surgical support areas, and endoscopy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessments: Perform strategic and operational assessments in sterile processing, surgical support areas, and endoscopy.
  • Sales Support: Support OR/SPD and field and inside sales representatives in relation to situations where a subject matter expert is needed to help the sales process proceed and grow product line revenue.
  • Business Strategy: Implement the OR/SPD business strategy and plan with the OR/SPD Sales Division and other members of the OR/SPD management team.
  • Operational Processes: Ensure that appropriate processes, systems, and policies are in place to facilitate the expansion of the OR/SPD Division.
  • Marketing: Assist in the development of OR/SPD marketing content and brand to internal and external customers with a focus on competitive advantages, white papers/case studies, and sales presentations.
  • Negotiations/Proposals: Work with and advise key business leaders during contract negotiations with customers.
  • Analysis/Process Improvement: Monitor monthly and quarterly KPI reports to ensure service delivery efforts are meeting production goals and contractual agreements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university and 8 years' experience working with customers in the healthcare sector and/or tertiary care hospitals or High School diploma and 12 years' experience working with customers in the healthcare sector and/or tertiary care hospitals.
  • Minimum 5 years of Sterile Processing and process improvement experience.
  • Must have a minimum of 4 years in a Sterile Processing leadership position or consulting position.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,250.00 - $121,485.00, bonus opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending, health savings account, voluntary benefits, supplemental life/AD&D plans, and a 401k plan.
