Director of Sales and Operations

Responsibilities:
* Assist with the development and execution of marketing plans, pricing, and strategies tied to performance metrics.
* Implement all operational/marketing strategies to foster and maintain a positive, productive work environment.
* Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet performance objectives and customers' expectations.
* Develop and implement long-term strategies to advance company objectives and drive growth.
* Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a period.
* Provide transparency and coaching to the team for company goals and objectives.
* Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost-effective management of resources.
* Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
* Lead, build, and mentor a high-performing team based on collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
* Foster a culture that exemplifies Leslie's Mission, Vision, and Values.
* Ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration within the department and with other departments.
Qualifications:
* 5-7+ years of leadership experience, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
* Proven track record of driving business growth and operational excellence.
* 3+ years of sales leadership with a team of 5 or more direct reports.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* MBA or other advanced degree is preferred.
* Strong leadership and decision-making skills, with the capability to drive organizational change and innovation.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Customer Service, inside sales, outside sales, or sales operations experience is a plus.
* Valid driver's license
