Speech Language Pathologist Home Health Care Opportunity

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services to our clients in the Bucks County/Northeast Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Provide education and training to patients, family members, and caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Accurately document client progress, interventions, and evaluations using state-of-the-art technology.
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania.
  • Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent education and experience.
  • Solid computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
