Job Description

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and physician orders.
  • Provide education and instruction to patients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
  • Accurately document client progress, interventions, and evaluations in a state-of-the-art electronic medical record system.
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in New Jersey.
  • Certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent education and experience.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
