Speech Language Pathologist Home Health Opportunity

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services to clients in the Bucks County/Northeast Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote client independence and quality of life.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and coordination.
  • Provide education and training to patients, family members, and caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities.
  • Document observations, interventions, and evaluations accurately and efficiently using state-of-the-art technology.
Requirements:
  • Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania.
  • Equivalent educational requirements and work experience necessary for certification.
  • Solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
