Speech Language Pathologist Home Health Care Opportunity

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in providing high-quality home health care services in the Bucks County/Northeast Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough evaluations to assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for clients with speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams as needed.
  • Provide education and instruction to patients, family members, or caregivers on rehabilitative care and activities to promote independent living.
  • Accurately document patient care management and services provided, utilizing electronic medical records.
Requirements:
  • A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in Pennsylvania.
  • Equivalent educational requirements and work experience necessary for certification, or in the process of accumulating supervised work experience required for certification.
  • Solid computer skills, with prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
