We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Sevita. As a Clinical Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing behavioral support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and quality of life.
- Conduct assessments and observations to identify behavioral needs and develop strategies for support.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Provide training and education to staff on behavioral support techniques and strategies.
- Document progress and maintain accurate records of individual support plans.
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field.
- Two years of experience in behavioral support or a related field.
- Training in behavior modification techniques and/or experience providing behavior management treatment.
- Knowledge of specialized populations and expertise in behavioral support.
- Reliable, responsible, and caring nature with ability to work well with others.
