Reporting directly to the Controller, the Accounting Manager will oversee a team responsible for accounts receivable and general accounting functions. The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles, be adept with computerized accounting systems, and demonstrate the ability to identify issues, gather data, and formulate conclusions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal controls and guidelines for financial transactions and budget development.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to local and federal regulations.
- Provide management with insights and recommendations regarding financial objectives and policies.
- Perform financial analyses focusing on capital investments, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations.
- Manage the organization’s financial transactions and liabilities while conducting cash flow forecasts.
- Generate financial reports based on comprehensive data analysis.
- Adhere to established accounting procedures to meet financial goals.
- Professional demeanor and strong leadership capabilities.
- Proven experience in managing an accounting team.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.

- Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience in the industry or public accounting, with a solid understanding of month-end closing processes and financial reporting.
