Customer Service Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Associate to join our team in the food and beverage industry. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash and credit transactions, and assisting with food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operate the cash register and complete transactions with a customer-first approach.
- Work in the food service operation, handling cash and credit transactions from Sodexo and client customers.
- Assist in setup and serving of food from counters and steamtables, Provide support to the retail operation, including setup, maintaining supplies and products, and assisting in cleanup and closedown.
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
- Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturer of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
- No previous work experience required.
