Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster a professional and polished leadership style, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including holding a valid DOH Food Protection certification.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a culinary setting.
  • Proven ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

The compensation for this role ranges from $85,000 to $90,000.
