YOUR ROLE AS AN ASSISTANT CULINARY LEADER

As an Assistant Culinary Leader, you will be integral to our kitchen operations. Your duties will encompass managing inventory, placing orders, reducing waste, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. You will also collaborate closely with our head chef to guide team members and prepare outstanding dishes that keep our patrons returning. Your creativity and collaborative spirit will shine as you design new and enticing specials for our menu.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in culinary arts
  • Proven leadership skills

We seek candidates with at least 4 years of culinary and management experience. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are advantageous. Ideal candidates will be self-driven, team-oriented, committed to enhancing their culinary expertise, capable of multitasking efficiently, and able to flourish in a fast-paced environment.

WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time role will involve shifts lasting 10 to 12 hours, including days, nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
