Key Responsibilities

Your role will involve a variety of tasks aimed at enhancing customer interactions and resolving issues effectively. You will also be responsible for setting up locations and assisting customers during checkout. This position requires travel within designated areas and is seasonal in nature.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Setting up operational stops, which includes arranging tables, tents, cones, and other necessary equipment (may weigh over 40lbs).
  • Exemplifying a service-oriented culture that prioritizes customer experience, adhering to The Peach Truck service standards.
  • Creating an inviting atmosphere and exceeding customer expectations by minimizing wait times and ensuring friendly interactions.
  • Possessing in-depth knowledge about our peaches and products, including proper handling techniques, and effectively communicating this to customers.
  • Promoting product offerings to enhance the shopping experience through informed recommendations.
  • Addressing any negative customer experiences promptly, de-escalating situations, and collaborating with the team to resolve issues.
  • Expressing genuine gratitude to customers and ensuring they feel valued for choosing The Peach Truck.
  • Engaging in proactive measures to rectify any negative experiences and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Assisting with peach bagging during quieter periods while remaining available for customer inquiries.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment by identifying and addressing hazards, and adhering to safety protocols.
  • Working a flexible schedule that aligns with customer and business needs.
  • Performing additional duties as required based on business demands.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Previous experience in retail is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to safely lift and carry boxes weighing 40+ pounds throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Exhibiting a friendly and helpful demeanor with a strong work ethic, adaptable to changing situations.
  • Demonstrated capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, showcasing flexibility, proactivity, and attention to detail.
  • Access to a personal smartphone and adaptability to current technological requirements.
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision while following instructions.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, with regular attendance expected.
