Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for processing mortgage loan applications and preparing packages for loan approval. This involves gathering and analyzing documentation from applicants, credit bureaus, employers, and creditors to verify financial information and credit standings.

Responsibilities
  • Gather, review, and analyze documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit loan packages for approval, ensuring timely and efficient processing.
  • Communicate with applicants, underwriters, and creditors to resolve issues or questions regarding application information.
Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma, some college preferred, and at least three years of experience in the mortgage field. Previous builder experience is also desirable.

Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience, plus bonuses based on work volume achieved. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and more.
