About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Credit Manager to join our team at QuickRecruit. As a key member of our underwriting department, you will be responsible for assessing loan applications and ensuring they meet our company's stringent lending criteria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate loan applications for creditworthiness and risk
  • Analyze credit reports and financial statements
  • Assess collateral value and ensure sufficient security
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve queries and issues

Compensation Package: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus benefits

What We're Looking For
  • At least 3 years of experience in residential mortgage underwriting or a related field
  • Strong understanding of credit analysis and risk management principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
