About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Labcorp. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and collecting high-quality specimens for testing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect blood specimens from patients of all ages using venipuncture and capillary techniques
  • Process and prepare specimens for testing and analysis
  • Enter patient information into our database with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide superior customer service to patients and respond to their needs in a timely manner
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and billing
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Phlebotomy certification or completion of a training program from an accredited agency required
  • Able to pass a standardized color blindness test
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a phlebotomy or laboratory setting
