We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist/Shipping Coordinator. This role will be responsible for coordinating shipping and receiving activities, as well as providing administrative support to our manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and coordinate shipping labels, packing lists, and other documents
  • Pack products to ensure security and safety
  • Ensure compliance with DOT, air shipment regulations, and carrier regulations
  • Complete documentation, data entry, and other administrative tasks
  • Distribute mail and packages, and maintain a clean environment
Requirements
  • Previous shipping experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Computer and phone skills
  • Ability to understand and follow safety regulations
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) a plus
