Technology Operations Analyst II

Position Overview:
As a key member of the Walmart Global Tech team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our Supply Chain. This position involves significant travel across the United States, where you will oversee IT infrastructure and application projects that enhance our Distribution and Fulfillment Centers.

Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:

  • Travel weekly to various locations across the United States.
  • Manage diverse projects supporting stores, clubs, and distribution centers, ensuring the implementation of Global Tech infrastructure and applications.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules to monitor progress and milestones.
  • Drive projects through major phases, adhering to Global Tech design standards for successful completion.
  • Identify and manage risks by developing and executing mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Support project teams by creating resource plans and managing timelines.
  • Conduct root cause analyses for issues and document findings for future reference.
  • Implement long-term process improvements based on lessons learned from completed projects.
  • Foster strong relationships with all teams involved in the projects.
  • Continuously seek improvement opportunities and share knowledge with colleagues.
