Position Overview:
As a key contributor to our Technology Operations team, you will play a vital role in enhancing Walmart's Supply Chain through innovative technology solutions. This position involves extensive travel across the United States, allowing you to engage with various stakeholders and oversee critical projects that shape our operational landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel to diverse locations across the United States on a weekly basis.
  • Manage a variety of projects that support retail locations and distribution centers, focusing on the implementation of Global Tech infrastructure and applications.
  • Oversee project timelines and milestones, ensuring successful completion of initiatives.
  • Develop and execute risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.
  • Facilitate regular meetings with project stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
  • Support project teams by creating resource plans and managing project-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address timeline impacts and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct root cause analyses for issues that arise during projects and document findings for future reference.
  • Formulate action plans based on lessons learned to enhance future project execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for improvement and share insights with team members.
