Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Asset Servicing Account Manager to join our Global Family and Private Investment Offices team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our high net worth clients, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients through effective communication and consistent delivery.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Independently resolve problems and implement solutions using internal networks and product knowledge.
  • Execute daily client activity, oversee transaction processing, and ensure accurate documentation and system updates.
  • Inform clients of process changes and provide guidance on Northern Trust's services.
  • Act as a central point of contact for operational matters and facilitate client use of online NT applications.
  • Ensure accurate fee setup, invoicing, and collection.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, and anticipate client needs.
  • Escalate client concerns in a timely manner and follow up with internal parties on queries/issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and files for each client relationship.
  • Coordinate account opening/closing, global markets, and authorized signatories requests.
Requirements
  • Strong background in the global custody industry.
  • Direct experience interacting with demanding clients or prospects.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing demands.
  • Ability to own and resolve problems independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Independent problem resolution and time/project management skills.
