Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the CMDB, ensuring data accuracy and currency.
  • Drive best practices and optimize procedures for updating CI data.

  • Govern the process for creating and updating relationships in the CMDB, especially for key IT and business solutions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of experience with IT Asset Management processes.
  • Experience with ITSM products such as ServiceNow, Flexera One, HP Service Manager, or BMC Atrium.
  • Strategic thinking and clear decision-making skills.
