Job Title: Make Ready Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Make Ready Specialist to join our team at PPL Motorhomes (Person to Person Listing). As a Make Ready Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting vehicles to ensure they are ready for delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect vehicle interior and exterior thoroughly to identify any defects or issues.
  • Verify all major components and options are functional and in good working condition.
  • Check and add all fluids as necessary, including filling the fuel tank to designated levels.
  • Support service team technicians in completing assigned tasks.
  • Operate a forklift to transport trailers to and from service areas and lot as needed.
  • Perform demonstrations of the RV to its new owners, showcasing its features and capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of RV repair techniques and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
