  • Ability to understand and adhere to proper payment methods.
  • Able to properly secure guest information.

  • Skilled in the use of front office equipment.
  • Knowledge of proper telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
