As a key member of our gaming operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our table games dealers and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of table games dealers, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and game integrity.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of player activity, including buy-ins, wins, losses, and bet amounts.
- Inspect card decks and ensure that all games are conducted fairly and in accordance with established procedures.
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process player requests for credit and extend to guests upon approval.
- Coordinate player ratings and customer cash transactions.
- Responsible for stocking supplies and all pit forms.
- Serves as Box person on Craps games.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Professional dealing experience required.
- Must have the following combination of game knowledge: Two major games offered at the Horseshoe which currently are Craps, Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat.
- Equivalent to a high school diploma with knowledge of game and dealing techniques.
- 1-2 years of supervisory experience preferred (including dual rate experience).
