Safety Coordinator II

The Safety Coordinator II is a critical role within TEAM Industrial Services, responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and clients. This position requires a strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain safety programs, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and health within the organization.
- Investigate and report all work-related injuries and incidents, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and incidents.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a safety leadership role, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations, including OSHA and EPA guidelines.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
This position requires frequent travel to various job sites, including industrial facilities and construction sites. The Safety Coordinator II must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
