Job Overview

At Walmart, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Clerical professional to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations processes.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, record-keeping, and document preparation.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including scheduling interviews, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing candidate materials.
  • Support employee onboarding, including processing new hire paperwork, setting up benefits, and providing orientation.
  • Assist with employee relations, including responding to employee inquiries, resolving conflicts, and maintaining employee records.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
