- Recruit and retain top talent
- Onboard and train employees in HR policies and procedures

- Lead employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliant investigations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required
- Minimum of 5 years HR Manager experience in a lean manufacturing/repair environment
