Process Coordinator Medical Insurance

At G-TECH Services, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Process Coordinator Medical Insurance to join our team. This is a hybrid role that requires 3 days of in-office work and a 14-month contract.
The ideal candidate will have a High School Graduate or GED equivalent and 3-5 years of experience with benefits and procedures related to the assigned department.
The Process Coordinator Medical Insurance will be responsible for assisting and supporting management in the execution, evaluation, and implementation of production workflows, work processes, and reporting to improve customer service levels and overall quality.
The top 3 required skills and experience include:
- Handling escalated servicing issues through CMS' Complaints Tracking Module.
- Ability to work with external parties directly, such as providers and members, to resolve issues and effectively communicate findings.
- Working cross-departmentally to address enrollment, claims, benefit, eligibility, and billing matters.
The role involves:
- Assisting and supporting in the planning, coordinating, developing, and implementing of approved projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- Analyzing, processing, and expediting operational transactions, including timely resolution of problems.
- Ability to work with external parties directly to resolve issues and effectively communicate findings.
- Providing leadership team with project status and recommending policy decisions to achieve project objectives.
- Utilizing and maintaining corporate production and reporting systems, producing routine and non-routine reports, presentations, letters, communications, and graphics.
