About the Role

Crestview Landscape is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our properties and ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise a team of maintenance crew leaders and their teams to ensure efficient and safe operations.
  • Work closely with our account managers to ensure that our clients' needs are met and that our properties are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure that our properties are well-maintained and that our clients are satisfied.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our properties are being maintained in accordance with our standards.
  • Collaborate with our management team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to our maintenance processes.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out in accordance with our company's safety policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with our clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, reports, and other relevant documentation.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in maintenance and supervisory roles.
  • 2-3 years of experience in property management.
  • Knowledge of safe work practices and the ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Proactive self-starter with high productivity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with little instruction and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes unpredictable environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
  • Experience managing complex project/event logistics.
  • Valid California Driver's License.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
  • Landscaping and construction industry experience.
  • Bilingual in Spanish.
