Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Club Customer Service Associate. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our CLUB membership program, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide world-class customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Promote the benefits of our CLUB membership program, educating customers on the value and rewards of membership.
  • Execute all CLUB operational and compliance programs, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Stay knowledgeable about advertised sales, promotions, and product offerings, making recommendations to customers as needed.
  • Meet or exceed sales and service metrics, contributing to the success of the store.
  • Maintain a clean and organized CLUB booth, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Process payments, answer account questions, and process applications in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Provide daily feedback and reports, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting solutions.
  • Participate in peer coaching, recognition, and support, promoting a positive and inclusive team culture.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer service environment.
