Role Overview:

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by:

  • Managing incoming calls to facilitate customer orders through catalog and online platforms.
  • Responding to inquiries via phone or email from customers, retail locations, and internal departments concerning orders, deliveries, and returns.
  • Aiming to achieve both individual and team-oriented customer service objectives.
  • Providing insights on system requirements, process enhancements, website challenges, or customer feedback.
  • Representing the brand with integrity and core values.
  • Fostering strong relationships with colleagues.
  • Making informed decisions based on data and experience.
  • Supporting special initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in customer service, retail, or sales environments.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, with various 5-hour shifts from Monday to Friday and two Saturdays each month.
  • Hybrid work arrangement (3 days remote, 2 days in-office) available after a specified period.
