Senior Director of Corporate and Foundation Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Corporate and Foundation Relations to join our team at the National Alliance for Caregiving. This key role will be responsible for developing and maintaining corporate and foundation relationships to support our mission and impact.
Key Responsibilities- Membership Growth and Retention: Develop and manage a comprehensive Corporate/Member Relations program to enhance the value of membership in NAC. Implement and refine strategies for new member recruitment, supporting the CEO in member recruitment efforts.
- Grant and Sponsorship Development: Secure new sponsorship underwriting by identifying and qualifying prospects, establishing connections, and soliciting support. Establish and maintain standard operating procedures for developing funding proposals.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant corporate, philanthropic or membership environment
- Proven track record in corporate or member relations, membership recruitment, grant management, funding solicitation, and/or donor management
- Experience working with sponsorships or corporate gifts over $10,000
- Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with demonstrated capabilities in delivering compelling presentations and funding proposals
