Job Overview

As a District Manager, you will oversee a diverse team and manage multiple accounts within your designated area. Your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic direction and planning to meet operational and financial objectives while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and maintaining robust client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a cohesive team of District Operations and Customer Service managers.
  • Foster and develop positive relationships with clients to achieve key performance indicators such as profitability and safety.
  • Participate in regional leadership discussions to share best practices and promote diversity.
  • Manage accounts within your territory, making informed decisions that consider both immediate and long-term impacts.
  • Support senior leadership in establishing a positive cultural environment across the district.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company at client and community events.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Retention, and Finance teams to develop proposals and sales strategies.
  • Work with partners to address district needs and proactively solve issues.
  • Ensure adherence to regional, state, and local policies related to meal and retail programs, including conducting audits and suggesting improvements.
  • Champion team development through performance evaluations and succession planning.
  • Oversee financial outcomes, ensuring accuracy in reporting and budgeting.
  • Complete required reports in accordance with company policy.
  • Administer all policies and procedures consistently and fairly.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or five years of relevant experience in multi-unit food service or hospitality management.
  • Proven leadership experience with a focus on contract management, customer service, and team development.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a business with strong financial acumen.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
