IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at K2 Staffing. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their technology needs are met with efficiency and expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with sales teams to deliver pre- and post-sales support, including discovery meetings, site visits, proposals, and presentations.
- Deploy and manage Windows Servers and Active Directory, designing and implementing secure network infrastructure.
- Optimize and maintain network software and hardware, building and deploying file servers and cloud computing solutions.
- Configure and deploy VOIP solutions, performing network infrastructure troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Manage Microsoft Exchange Server, telephone solutions, and monitor alert systems to ensure seamless operations.
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in configuring, troubleshooting, and repairing networking equipment, Windows servers, and workstations.
- Proven experience in a client-facing environment, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with RMM tools, such as Kaseya or Connectwise, and PSA tools, such as Autotask or Connectwise, is a plus.
