Respiratory Care Specialist

As a Respiratory Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in our mission by providing age-specific respiratory care to patients in the PMPH System.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure quality care to patients, adhering to regulatory standards such as JCAHO, Department of Health, and CAP.
Assume all patient/customer respiratory responsibilities, understanding and following the organization's policies, procedures, and standards.
Perform all age-specific respiratory therapies, participating in the department's performance improvement activities, and ensuring exceeding results.
Credentials:
Basic Cardiac Life Support (Required)
Registered Respiratory Therapist (Required)
Certified or Registered status in accordance with requirements of National Board for Respiratory Care. Licensed in the State of New Jersey.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (Required) within 6 months of hire
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Required) within 6 months of hire
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (Required) within 6 months of hire
Education and Experience:
H.S. Diploma/GED (Required)
