Customer Experience Liaison

Graybar is seeking a talented Customer Experience Liaison to join our team. As a key contact and liaison for customers, you will ensure their total satisfaction by interacting with them on an ongoing basis, entering orders, handling requests, and providing timely, professional, and courteous support.

Responsibilities:
  • You will ensure every customer experience meets the highest quality standards
  • You will handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional and timely manner, ensuring follow-up on all customer issues
  • You will take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls
  • You will provide support on product selection and application
  • You will coordinate customer service requests, including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit, and claims
Requirements:
  • Strong communication skills
  • A passion for customer service
  • The ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
  • 4+ years of experience preferred
  • High school education
  • 2-year or 4-year degree preferred
