Key Account Clinical Representative Job Description

Job Summary:

The Key Account Clinical Representative is a critical role at Masimo, responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and growing the entire Masimo product portfolio within designated Key Accounts.

This position requires a proactive and strategic approach to supporting Masimo's products and developing relationships with clinical leaders. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer relationships with clinicians and other key stakeholders, working collaboratively with the Sales and Clinical Teams to meet or exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of all Masimo Technologies and Products.
  • Perform in multiple roles within designated Key Accounts, prioritizing and planning independently to meet company goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with Masimo's Key Accounts to meet or exceed their expectations.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Clinical Teams to manage Key Accounts and drive strategic programs.
  • Identify specific needs of Key Accounts before, during, and after implementation, and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Teach others about Masimo Products and Technology.
  • Participate in the evaluation of new and existing products.
  • Conduct demonstrations and evaluations for Masimo Technologies.
  • Work with the Sales Team to drive strategic Rainbow-related programs within Key Accounts.
  • Participate in local tradeshows as required.
  • Function as a subject matter expert in Hospital Automation and Connectivity.
  • Manage a CRM database of Key Account information, including Pipeline, account profiles, opportunities, and other pertinent data.
  • Perform special projects as requested.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of Critical Care experience.
  • Clinical certification is required.
  • RN, RRT, CET, CPT, CCMA, or similar.
  • Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office and other basic PC applications.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must meet current state and/or professional license requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years Critical Care experience.
  • Managerial/Leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability in building clinical champions.
  • Background knowledge of Hospital IT and EMR connectivity.

Education:

Bachelor's degree is preferred. RN or RRT Certification is a plus.

Compensation Details:

Base Salary Range: $70,000 - $75,000. Variable compensation: $50,000. Total target earnings: $125,000.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment:

This position requires frequent customer sales calls, extensive travel, and the ability to operate a motor vehicle. A valid Driver's license with a driving record that meets company insurance requirements is required.
