Life Insurance Sales Opportunity

The Jordan Hunt Agency is seeking a results-driven sales representative to join our team in our Insurance Sales - Work from Home position. This individual will actively engage prospective customers to sell our product and/or services. The ideal candidate is passionate about contributing to top-line growth and has a strong ability to manage and build relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Product Knowledge: Demonstrate, promote, and sell products and services by strategically presenting functionality and value of products to prospective customers seeking Life Insurance.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and foster relationships by maintaining close, open, and honest communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed targets by achieving weekly, monthly, and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.
  • Progress Tracking: Track progress and results by recording and documenting prospect interactions and tracking goal attainment in available systems.
  • Market Research: Research and understand target market by staying abreast of industry trends, best practices, and The Hunt Agency's overall market opportunity.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Some experience in sales is preferred but not required.
  • Licensing: If not Health/Life licensed, must be willing to obtain state license if selected for the position.
  • Relationship Management: Excellent ability to manage and build relationships.
  • Goal Orientation: Demonstrate ability to meet and exceed goals.
  • Communication Skills: Advanced skills in communicating, selling, and negotiating.
  • Customer Focus: Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
  • Work Ethic: Hard work, good work ethic, and self-driven.
  • Coaching: Be Coachable.
  • Scheduling: Able to organize and manage a consistent schedule and timeline.

  • Personal Growth: Pursuit of personal growth by participating in virtual training, self-improvement, virtual meetings, conferences, and online trainings.
