Housekeeping Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at BlueWater Casino & Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Clean and disinfect public areas, including restrooms, elevators, and corridors.
  • Assist guests with their needs, such as delivering towels and pillows to their rooms.
  • Operate cleaning equipment, including vacuums, floor cleaners, and mops.
  • Restock supplies, such as linens, towels, and cleaning products.
  • Report any safety hazards or maintenance issues to your supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
