At Velocity Enterprises, we're seeking a highly skilled QW specialist to join our team in the field of production testing in flight control. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating fascinating things, bringing strengths, and using freedom to drive our success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and review test plans and drawing documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Select and implement testing methods, including special parts, to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Create detailed test instructions and procedures to ensure clarity and consistency.
  • Prepare and calibrate testing and measuring equipment to ensure precision and accuracy.
  • Conduct quality checks and incoming goods inspections to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Participate in machine acceptance tests to ensure smooth operation and quality.
  • Document and evaluate results to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.
  • Provide suggestions for rework and improvement to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Develop simple measurement programs to streamline testing and improve accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of a technical apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic or similar qualification.
  • Knowledge in the field of machining and test planning is highly desirable.
  • Programming skills in the area of measuring machines are a plus.
  • Diligent and quality-conscious work ethic with a focus on teamwork and cooperation.
  • Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Good PC skills and ability to learn new software and systems.
