Position Summary:

The role of the Merchandiser requires a physically active individual responsible for the in-store placement and presentation of our products. This position is crucial for ensuring optimal product visibility and availability within designated retail accounts. As a Merchandiser, your duties will include stocking and rotating products in assigned locations, collaborating with sales representatives to implement displays and promotional programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in regular lifting, bending, and standing while efficiently navigating retail environments.
  • Stock and rotate products in designated areas of assigned retail accounts.
  • Implement displays as directed by the Sales Coordinator within assigned accounts.
  • Communicate any out-of-stock items to the Sales Coordinator.
  • Ensure proper product rotation for quality assurance.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
