Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at PythoTech. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing marketing strategies, and leading our sales team to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive sales and brand awareness
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and trends
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics and provide regular reports to management

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
