- Collaborate with school staff, including counselors and teachers, to advocate for student needs.
- Assist in facilitating smooth transitions for students moving from middle to high school.
- Work with district personnel to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Establish partnerships with community organizations to secure additional resources for students and families.
- Monitor student progress and provide necessary academic support.
- Participate in behavioral management initiatives and conflict resolution efforts.
- Engage in school support team meetings to develop effective intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of student and personnel records while ensuring confidentiality.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; must meet Highly Qualified status.
- Experience working with at-risk youth is preferred.
- Effective interpersonal and organizational skills are essential.
- Experience in educational or social services settings is advantageous.
- Proficiency in technology is expected.
