As one of the largest and fastest-growing multi-state, vertically integrated cannabis operators in North America, we are just beginning our journey.

Our Philosophy:
We believe that the way we collaborate is crucial. Our goal is to build a team that shares our values in not only what we do but also how and why we do it.

Successful team members understand that serving our patients, customers, and each other is what distinguishes us from other organizations.

Your Role:
We are seeking an Inventory Management Specialist who will oversee the planning of finished goods production, assist with cultivation strategies, and manage the inventory processes across our facilities.

This position involves scheduling the production of finished goods (both flower and non-flower) into sellable inventory based on current stock levels, planned production, anticipated demand, and operational capacity constraints.

The specialist will also gather and analyze weekly growing and processing metrics using Excel and other systems, providing insights to supply chain and relevant leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently complete weekly and monthly production planning tasks.
  • Meet or exceed key performance indicators for demand fulfillment, fill rate, in-stock rate, and inventory management.
  • Manage finished goods inventory within our systems, ensuring daily updates.
  • Coordinate with various business functions including production, cultivation, warehousing, sales, and finance.
  • Maintain and analyze trend reports for management review.
  • Participate in and lead the implementation of ERP systems within the supply chain workflow.
  • Monitor and report on cultivation outputs to align with demand plans.
  • Foster an environment that values diverse backgrounds and perspectives.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-4 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in cannabis, agriculture, or consumer packaged goods.
  • Proven ability to motivate teams and resolve conflicts.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including V-lookup, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and a solid understanding of supply chain dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A willingness to adapt to change and reassess plans as new information arises.

Benefits:
As a full-time employee, you will be eligible for a range of benefits including:

  • Employee discounts
  • Paid time off
  • Health, vision, and dental insurance
  • 401k with company matching
  • Employee assistance programs
  • Paid parental leave
  • Life insurance and disability coverage

Commitment to Diversity:
At TerrAscend, we are committed to equal employment opportunities for all employees and applicants, evaluating them based on their qualifications and abilities.
