Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies to engage internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to senior management and staff on communication strategy development, execution, and measurement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, staff, and external partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement communication plans and campaigns
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communication strategies and make recommendations for improvement
Requirements
  • One year of experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 in the Federal service
  • Experience developing key messages, working with various communication tools, and utilizing communication tools to deliver messages
  • Experience creating and implementing communication strategies, working with senior management and stakeholders on communications-related activities, and developing and advising on strategies, policies, and implementation plans to maintain optimum organizational performance
  • Education cannot be substituted at this grade level
