Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Member Frontline Cashier Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our members. Your primary responsibility will be to operate the front-end cash registers, process member purchases, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to members across the club.
  • Process member purchases accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
  • Operate the front-end cash registers, including scanning items, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and resolve member issues and concerns.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.

What You'll Do:
  • Maintain safety of facility according to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying their needs.
  • Process member purchases, assist with payments, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
