Retail Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service to members across the club.
- Process member purchases accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods.
- Operate the front-end cash registers, including scanning items, processing payments, and maintaining a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist members with purchasing decisions, locate merchandise, and resolve member issues and concerns.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and using the Open Door Policy.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain safety of facility according to company policies and procedures.
- Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying their needs.
- Process member purchases, assist with payments, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
