Senior Product Marketing Manager, Digital Portfolio

We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive awareness and adoption of our online learning center, AWS Skill Builder. As a key member of our Sales, Marketing, and Global Services team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct customer research to inform marketing deliverables and influence the product roadmap.
- Identify the target audience, buyer personas, and buyer journeys for our product offerings.
- Collaborate with product teams to distill features and benefits of major launches into positioning and messaging.
- Engage with marketing teams to develop marketing launch strategies and focused marketing programs that drive product adoption and usage.
- Develop core go-to-market information for our product offerings, as well as presentations, customer stories, videos, and webpages.
- Work effectively across the organization with groups such as product management, marketing, sales, and launch management teams to achieve joint business goals.

- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches.
- Experience communicating results to stakeholders.
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
- Experience prior success in driving execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals.
- Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership.
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis.
- Experience with B2B and/or B2C SaaS business.
