Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our restaurant team at Pop Restaurants, LLC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Lead and manage a team of restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and development
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
- Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and cash handling
- Customer Service
- Ensure exceptional customer service and a positive dining experience
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Operations and Maintenance
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and cleaning
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment
- Financial Management
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
- Monitor and control expenses, including labor, inventory, and overhead costs
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, human resources, and supply chain
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a leadership role
- Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record of success in restaurant management, including sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory management
- Basic math skills and ability to manage cash handling and inventory
