Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive risk evaluations to pinpoint and analyze potential threats across diverse sectors, including operational, financial, strategic, and compliance-related risks. Employ both qualitative and quantitative techniques to gauge risk impact and probability.
  • Craft and propose risk management approaches and frameworks customized to the unique requirements of clients and industry benchmarks. Design and execute risk reduction initiatives and controls to tackle identified threats.
  • Guarantee that clients meet pertinent regulatory standards and industry norms concerning risk management. Offer insights on compliance matters and aid in audit and inspection preparations.
  • Establish and oversee key risk indicators (KRIs) to monitor and manage ongoing risks. Develop and implement risk tracking systems and processes to ensure prompt identification and response to emerging threats.
  • Support clients in formulating and executing crisis management and business continuity strategies. Provide assistance during crises to mitigate impacts on operations and reputation.
  • Create and deliver risk management training sessions for client teams to enhance their comprehension of risk management practices and bolster their capability to manage risks proficiently.
  • Compile detailed reports and documentation regarding risk evaluations, mitigation strategies, and risk management efforts. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication regarding risk management concerns. Provide expert guidance and support to empower clients in making informed decisions related to risk.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline; advanced degrees or certifications in risk management (e.g., FRM, CRM) are advantageous.
  • 4-6 years of experience in risk management consulting, financial risk assessment, or a similar role.
  • Robust understanding of risk management principles and practices, including risk evaluation, mitigation tactics, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to convey complex information and recommendations clearly to clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in risk analysis and management methodologies, with the ability to utilize data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to oversee risk management projects, including collaboration with cross-functional teams and delivering outcomes within defined timelines.
  • Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and adept at working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting.
