Salary and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $208,000 - $285,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, retirement plans, and access to top-notch training and development opportunities.

 

About the Job

As a Medical Director - Primary Care, you will be responsible for leading a team of physicians and other healthcare professionals in providing primary care services to our patients. This includes assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and ensuring that all patients receive high-quality, patient-centered care.

 

Requirements and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of a residency program in internal medicine or family medicine
  • Board certification in internal medicine or family medicine
  • Licensure to practice medicine in any U.S. state or territory
